Just when I got my hopes up, thanks to Paradisiac.cn and their wonderful imitation watches, time has come, yet again, to be flabbergasted by some cheap, dreadful ….Rolex replica, of course. I often wonder why I still get startled after all my past experiences.
Quality: Are These Watches Any Good?
The junk I went for this time was a golden Submariner Rolex replica. I guess you can tell from my use of words that this watch is a total piece of crap! I unboxed it, took a quick look at it, put it on my wrist and went outside, thinking I made a good purchase. When I got home, I noticed the bezel missing. It just fell off, because I don't remember fighting off pitbulls on my way home.
The Site: Usability and Design
All I can say is good luck finding anything on this website. With imitation watches being split into 232 categories (oh yes, I had them counted), even Christopher Columbus would have a hard time navigating through this wretched piece of uncharted territory. Another dubious thing is the name of the website – Heatwatches, which has nothing in common with the address – Chordwatches.com. Also, most pictures don't seem to be their own.
Service: Is Their Staff Any Good?
No, they are horrible ! The live chat feature is inexistent, email being the only way to get in touch with them. When they finally bother to reply your messages, they are far, far from helpful. Characterizing them as rude would only serve as a compliment.
Shipping: Is It Fast and Reliable?
At first, I thought I got scammed. I paid a $20 shipping fee and even after a week there was no tracking number available. Anyway, I received the parcel in about three weeks' time, so I hope you agree with me when I say they're slow.
Return Policy: Is It Reasonable?
Far from it! Firstly, you cannot read it because it's not posted on the website. I sent them an explanatory email, hoping I would get a refund or exchange for my Rolex replica. NOT A CHANCE ! Since the bezel is missing, I, the customer, am entitled to jack-squat. Fortunately, I managed to replace the missing bezel, but that doesn't make things a lot better.
The Bottom Line
This website is to be avoided at all costs! Everything about it is bogus, from the customer support to return policy to their execrable imitation watches. I strongly suggest spending your money elsewhere.
